On 29 April 2019, Yuexiu Fortune Centre and Starry Victoria, which are Yuexiu REIT’s properties in Wuhan, the provincial capital of Hubei, won an award for “Outstanding Contribution to Qiaokou’s Development” and a title of “Outstanding Business Environment Supervisor” from the Qiaokou District government for attracting investment to the place.
