The Manager has responsibility for managing the assets of Yuexiu REIT for the benefit of the Unitholders
The Manager has formulated the strategic direction and risk management policy of Yuexiu REIT and managed the relevant assets in accordance with the established investment strategy and regulatory procedure of Yuexiu REIT. The Manager is permitted by SFC to carry out the regulated activities in relation to asset management.
