The ESG report has been prepared in accordance with the Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide ("ESG Reporting Guide") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and with reference to Sustainability Reporting Standards of the GRI ("GRI Standards"), TCFD Recommendations and Exposure Draft IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosure ("Climate-related Disclosure Standards"), following the principles of materiality, quantification, balance, and consistency.
