The refrigeration capacity of the air-conditioning system was uneven in the high and low zones of City Development Plaza, with excessive capacity in the low zone and insufficient capacity in the high zone during summer. To improve this situation, an additional plate heat exchanger will be installed in the air-conditioning plant room to transfer the excessive refrigeration capacity in the low zone to the high zone, thus solving the problem of insufficient refrigeration capacity in the high zone.
